Santa Monica and the Westside offer a wide range of accommodations. Booking 3–4 weeks in advance will give you the best rates.
The venue is on the Westside of Los Angeles, in the Silicon Beach area near Santa Monica. It is accessible by car, rideshare, and the Metro Expo Line. The exact address is shared with registered attendees two weeks before the bootcamp.
If you are staying near the venue (Santa Monica / Westside area), you can get by with rideshare and Metro. If you are staying further away or want flexibility to explore LA after hours, a rental car is recommended. Parking is available at the venue.
Extremely. AI is transforming every part of the entertainment industry — from VFX and post-production to content recommendation, audience analytics, and virtual production. The skills you learn (NLP, computer vision, deep learning, AI agents) are directly applicable to entertainment workflows. Several past attendees work at major studios and streaming companies.
Yes. IRS Section 127 is a federal provision that works in all states, including California. Your employer can reimburse up to $5,250 per year in educational expenses tax-free. At $1,490, our bootcamp fits comfortably within that limit. We provide a formal invoice, receipt, and certificate of completion.
Absolutely. We draw attendees from across Southern California — Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Ventura County, Inland Empire, and beyond. Several attendees commute daily while others choose to book a hotel near the venue for convenience.
